By accessing and using ComingSoonWebsite ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ComingSoonWebsite is an online platform that allows users to create and publish "coming soon" and pre-launch landing pages. The Service includes a page builder, email lead capture, countdown timers, and hosting.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Free plan includes up to 3 pages with basic features. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription at $9/month and includes premium templates, unlimited pages, lead export, and custom domains. You may cancel at any time.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. You grant us a license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service. You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Lead data collected through your pages is your responsibility and you must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
