Account data: name, email address, password (hashed).

Page data: content you create (headlines, descriptions, colors, images).

Lead data: email addresses and names submitted by visitors to your pages.

Usage data: page views, IP addresses (anonymized), browser information.

Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: operate the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (password resets, welcome emails), and improve the Service.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway (cloud infrastructure). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, delete your account and data, export your data, and object to processing. Contact yohann@kipdev.io to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention

Account data is kept for the duration of your account. When you delete your account, all associated data (pages, leads, analytics) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: authentication session cookie and language preference. No third-party tracking cookies.

8. Third-Party Services

We use: Stripe (payments), Mailjet (transactional emails), Railway (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy.

9. Lead Data Responsibility

As a page creator, you are the data controller for leads collected through your pages. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent and complying with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you by email for significant changes.
